Your Voice AI Portal free trial

Every Voice AI Portal plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. You get the plan you picked, with white label and client billing included, so you can connect your voice provider, add real clients and show them their results before you pay anything. This page explains what the trial includes, what you see as it runs, how to keep going, and what happens if it ends without a payment method.

PlanClientsTeam seatsClient usersAfter the trial
Starter316$29 a month, or $288 a year
Professional10320$69 a month, or $684 a year
Agency5010200$149 a month, or $1,488 a year

Prices are in US dollars. Every plan includes white label and client billing, and works with Retell AI, Vapi and ElevenLabs. Your clients never see that you are on a trial: the trial banner and emails go to your agency only.

To start, see Create your account, or go straight to the sign-up page (opens in a new tab).

Agencies that see results in their trial usually do these five things in the first few days:

  1. Connect your first client. Add a client with its Retell AI, Vapi or ElevenLabs API key, and pick the agents and numbers it uses. See Create a client workspace.

  2. Brand the portal. Add your logo and colours, and your own domain if you like, so clients see your agency. See Configure your branding.

  3. Invite the client. Give the client a login so they see their calls, outcomes and staff time handled. See Invite a client user.

  4. Show the value. Set the staff-time value for the client, so the dashboard shows the hours and money your agents save. See Staff time handled.

  5. Bill the client (optional). Sell minutes and chats with plans and packs, or offer the client its own free trial. See the Client billing quick start.

  • A banner on your dashboard reads Your trial ends in N days, with your plan and its price. The owner sees Add payment on it.
  • Reminder emails arrive 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
  • Everything works as on a paid plan, within your plan’s limits. To test with more clients or users than your plan allows, choose a bigger plan when you subscribe.

The agency owner adds the payment method. Admins can see Platform subscription, and are asked to contact the owner.

  1. Open Platform subscription

In your agency menu, select Platform subscription, or select Add payment on the trial banner.

  2. Choose your plan and billing

Under Select plan, pick any plan, then Monthly or Annual. Annual billing costs less over the year.

  3. Pay through Stripe

Select Go to Stripe Checkout and enter your card. You can also enter a promotion code there.

Your paid subscription starts as soon as you complete checkout, and we email you a payment confirmation. Your clients, branding and settings carry on exactly as they are. For changes later, such as plan, card or billing interval, see Manage your subscription.

What if the trial ends without a payment method?

Section titled “What if the trial ends without a payment method?”

Nothing is deleted straight away, and your clients are not cut off. You get time and reminders to add a payment method:

When You and your team Your clients
The trial ends A Your free trial has ended window covers the dashboard, with your plan and Monthly or Annual. The owner selects Add payment method to carry on with full access. We email you that the trial has ended. Full access, as before.
The next 30 days The window stays until a payment method is added, and reminder emails arrive along the way. Full access. In the last 3 days, a short Service notice asks them to contact you if they notice any interruption.
After 30 days You can still sign in. A Service temporarily unavailable page with your agency’s name and contact details, telling them their data is safe.
60 days after the trial ended We email you 14 days before, then remove your client data. Your agency account and team logins are kept. Their logins are removed with the client data.

Adding a payment method at any point before the data is removed restores full access for you and your clients straight away, with everything as you left it. Your calls, recordings and transcripts live in your voice provider account, so they stay with your provider either way. For what is removed and kept, see If you stop paying.

If your client data was removed, you can still sign in with your usual email address. The owner or an admin sees Welcome back. Your free 14-day trial is ready and can select Start my free 14-day trial, with no card needed, or Or choose a plan now. This fresh trial is offered once per agency.
