Campaign results and export
Every outbound campaign has a Results card that shows what the campaign achieved for your client in plain numbers: how many people were contacted, how many were reached, how many conversations happened, how many reached the goal, and how much staff time the calls replaced. Each number filters the contact list below it, and the whole campaign exports to CSV for your client’s records.
What do the results mean?
Section titled “What do the results mean?”| Result | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Contacted | Contacts tried at least once (“Called at least once”, or “Sent at least once” for messages). |
| Reached (Delivered for messages) | Contacts who answered a call, or got the message. Shown with the share of contacted. |
| Talked | Answered calls of 30 seconds or more (calls only). |
| Successful | Conversations where the agent reached its goal, as judged by the provider’s call analysis. It carries the label your playbook sets, such as Booked. |
| Staff time replaced | The time a person would have spent on the answered calls, valued at the client’s own hourly rate (calls only). Client users see the money value only when Show estimated staff-time value is on for the client. |
Above the numbers, the card shows how much is left, for example “12 left · about 48 min of calling” at 15 calls an hour, or “Everyone has been tried”.
How is staff time worked out?
Section titled “How is staff time worked out?”The same way as on the client’s overview: every answered call of at least 15 seconds counts its length plus 1 minute of wrap-up, reduced by 15% to stay conservative, and is valued at the client’s loaded hourly rate from Client settings (Staff-time value). See Staff time handled. Until calls are answered, the tile shows “Shows once calls are answered”.
Filter the contacts
Section titled “Filter the contacts”Select Contacted or Reached on the Results card to show just those contacts in Campaign leads, or use the filters above the table: All, Reached, Not reached, Waiting to retry and Not started. The table shows each contact’s status, tries, the reason anyone was missed (for example “Missing meeting_date” or “The phone network couldn’t start the call (error 404).”) and, for contacts waiting for another try, the Next try time in the contact’s local time.
Export to CSV
Section titled “Export to CSV”Select Export CSV in Campaign leads. The file has one row per contact, for the filter you have selected:
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Name, Phone, Email | The contact’s details |
| Status | Reached, No answer, Busy, Voicemail, Failed, Not started and so on |
| Tries | How many times the contact was tried |
| Last tried (UTC), Next try (UTC) | When they were last tried and when they will be tried next |
| Outcome, Reason | What happened and, if they were missed, why |
| Last attempt seconds | The length of the last call |
| Successful | Yes or No, from the call analysis |
Values a spreadsheet could run as a formula are made safe, so the file opens cleanly in Excel or Google Sheets.
Emails when a campaign finishes or pauses
Section titled “Emails when a campaign finishes or pauses”The person who launched the campaign gets an email:
- When it finishes, with a summary such as “48 of 120 contacts answered, and 9 were successful.” and a link to the results.
- When the portal pauses it, with the reason and what happens next, for example “this client has used all its minutes. It starts again on its own when minutes are added.” Pauses you or your client choose don’t send an email.
If nobody is recorded as the creator, your agency’s billing email (or owners and admins) gets it. The emails go out from your own sending domain when you have custom email set up, and you can edit their wording in email templates.
