What shows up for ElevenLabs clients

Your client sees their own conversations and results, in a portal with your brand on it.

Conversations

Every conversation your client's agents on ElevenAgents handled, with search and filters.

Recordings and transcripts

Play and download each recording, and search, copy or download the transcript.

Summaries and outcomes

The summary, outcome and sentiment for each conversation.

Agents and analytics

Conversations, success rate and after-hours answers for each agent, with trends and busiest hours.

Numbers

The phone numbers in the client's ElevenLabs account and the agent that answers each one.

Staff time handled

The hours of front-desk work the agents covered, counted from resolved conversations only.

Outbound campaigns

Call a lead list through the client's agents on ElevenAgents and follow every call.

Web chat

Website chats with the client's ElevenLabs agent, set up from the portal with the ElevenLabs chat widget and shown next to their calls.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp conversations with the client's ElevenLabs agent, next to their calls in the same portal.

Every channel, labelled

Each conversation shows where it came from, such as Phone, Web chat, SMS, WhatsApp or a help desk tool, and clients can filter Conversations and Analytics by channel.

How to connect a ElevenLabs client

  1. Add a client workspace and choose ElevenLabs as the provider.

  2. Paste the client's ElevenLabs API key. It is checked straight away and stored encrypted.

  3. Choose which agents and phone numbers to report on.

  4. Set the client's country, currency, time zone and staff cost, then create the workspace.

  5. Invite your client. They sign in to your branded portal with a one-time code.

Your brand, not the provider's

Clients see your name and logo. Conversation pages never show ElevenLabs or what each call cost you, so your provider bill stays between you and ElevenLabs.

  • Your subdomain, logo and colours on every page
  • Recordings, transcripts and outcomes in one place
  • Clients see only the workspaces you give them

Questions agencies ask

How do I connect a client's provider account?

Add a client workspace, choose ElevenLabs, Retell AI or Vapi, and paste the client's API key from their provider dashboard. The key is checked straight away, then you choose which agents and phone numbers to report on.

Each workspace connects to one provider account. The create a workspace guide walks through every step.

How are provider API keys stored?

Each provider API key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored. It is used only to read that client's data and to carry out actions your team takes, such as running a campaign or deleting a call.

Only the account owner and admins can add or update a key. Clients never see it.

Can different clients use different providers?

Yes. Each client workspace connects to one provider account, so one client can be on Retell AI, another on Vapi and another on ElevenLabs, all in the same agency login.

A workspace stays with the provider it was set up with, and you can update its API key at any time.

Do clients see which provider I use or what it costs?

Your clients see your brand. Conversation pages in the client portal show neither the provider's name nor what the call cost. Your provider account and your provider bill stay between you and your provider.

Give your next client a portal with your name on it

Connect a client in one guided setup, brand the portal and invite them to sign in.
