Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- A valid business email address (Gmail, Outlook, and other providers are accepted)
- Access to your email inbox to receive the one-time verification code
- Your agency or business name ready.
What is One-Time Code Authentication?
Voice AI Portal uses passwordless authentication for enhanced security and convenience. Instead of creating and remembering passwords, you’ll receive a secure one-time code sent directly to your email each time you sign up or log in

Step-by-Step Account Creation
1. Navigate to the Pricing Page
Visit voiceaiportal.com and click the “Get Started For Free” button. You’ll be taken directly to the pricing page where you can view all available plans.
2. Choose Your Billing Cycle
Select your preferred billing frequency:
- Monthly Billing – Pay month-to-month with flexible cancellation
- Yearly Billing – Get 2 months free when you commit annually (save 16%)
Note: You can switch between monthly and yearly billing after your trial.
3. Select Your Plan
Review the available packages and choose the one that best suits your agency’s needs:
- Compare workspace limits, and integration allowances
- Consider your expected number of clients and team member allowance
- All plans include the same core features – scaling is based on workspace limits, number of clients and additional team members.
- You can upgrade or downgrade at any time

4. Click “Start 14 Day Trial”
Once you’ve selected your preferred plan and billing cycle, click the “Start 14 Day Trial” button on your chosen package.
5. Enter Your Account Details
You’ll be taken to the registration form. Fill out the following information:
- Full Name: Your first and last name
- Email Address: Your business email (this will be your account identifier)
- Agency Name: Your business or agency name (this will appear in your workspace and client portals)
Note: No password is required – we use secure one-time codes for authentication.
6. Accept Terms and Conditions
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by checking the box at the bottom of the form, then click “Create Account”.
7. Check Your Email for the Confirmation Code
Within seconds, you’ll receive an email from Voice AI Portal containing:
- A 6-digit one-time confirmation code
- Instructions to complete your account setup
- Expiration time (valid for 10 minutes)
8. Enter the Confirmation Code
Return to the Voice AI Portal browser window where you’ll see a code entry screen.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your email
- Click “Verify Code” or press Enter
- The code will be validated instantly
Important: Codes are valid for 10 minutes. If your code expires, click “Resend Code” to receive a new one.
9. Access Your Agency Dashboard
Once your code is verified, your account is created and you’ll be automatically logged into your Agency Dashboard. Your 14-day free trial of your selected plan begins immediately.
